*All food vendors must complete a Springville Fall Festival Food Vendor application and a Tulare County Food Vendor application.
*Food vendors must pay the Fall Festival booth fee ($50.00) and if they are not Veteran exempt or have a current Tulare County Annual Permit for them, they must pay the appropriate fee as noted on the Springville Fall Festival Food Vendor application.
